His expertise in market analysis, property valuation, the entitlement process, design, permitting, construction, development, probate/estate sales, and negotiations in both residential and commercial properties with an emphasis on high end luxury properties has cemented Kevin firmly within the San Francisco and Marin real estate marketplaces.

Kevin began his career in Marin but has been well respected in both San Francisco and Marin's real estate communities since the 1980s. Kevin has achieved 'Top Producer' status throughout his career having worked with the industry's leading firms before finally joining Golden Gate Sotheby's International Properties in 2025. Having lived in seven different neighborhoods in San Francisco as well as in Mill Valley and Sausalito, Kevin knows both the San Francisco and Marin communities mutually well. Kevin has a list of hundreds of satisfied clients with many, many repeat transactions.
