Maya Heissenberg is a German real estate professional, born and raised in Ibiza, developed a passion for architecture and properties at an early age, which has shaped her professional journey ever since.

After completing her Master's degree in Business Administration in Germany, she returned to Ibiza and focused on both selling properties and renovating and converting existing houses.

After more than 10 years working in Ibiza, she moved to Berlin to seek new challenges in the emerging booming property market.

During this time, she searched for properties in Mallorca exclusively for clients from her international network, gaining in-depth insights and local knowledge of Mallorca.

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate markets of Ibiza, Mallorca and Berlin, Maya brings not only extensive market knowledge but also a deep understanding of the unique requirements of discerning, international clients. Her work is characterized by a strong focus on exclusivity, discretion, and tailored solutions — qualities that are essential when advising high-net-worth individuals and international buyers. Maya is fluent in German, Spanish and English.
