Making Real Estate real personal is my mantra. As an entrepreneur with a background in financial services, construction, facility operation/management, data analysis, and property investments, real estate is a natural profession for me.

In the financial services world, everything is about the numbers. This experience gives me a unique perspective on structuring and negotiating a transaction while seeing the big picture. My construction expertise enables me to help clients see beyond the “glitz” at the first look, therefore, assisting them in making an informed decision.

These skills, combined with the ability to listen, understand, and empathize, are the tools behind seamless transactions and a 100% success rate for my clients.

I strive to make my clients' experience a calm, stress free, and successful one. Guiding a Buyer and Seller every step of the way is key. That's why their interests and goals are as important to me as they are to them. Putting my heart and soul, knowledge, and expertise into every transaction has resulted in long-term client relationships built on mutual trust.

Giving back is the mission of Daniels & O'Keefe. Carole and I participate in significant volunteer work in our community and schools. In addition, Daniels & O'Keefe donates a portion of its commission to the charity of your choice, as well as, charities that support securing housing for the homeless and stability for the impoverished and immigrant population.
