Alyssa Wenz is a proud Lake Arrowhead native who brings expertise in the local market, a strong foundation in sales, and passion for design to real estate. With an MBA from the University of Redlands, Alyssa combines strategic thinking with a warm, client-focused approach that makes the buying or selling process both effective and enjoyable.
Her background in interior design gives her a sharp eye for potential and presentation—whether it’s helping sellers stage their homes for maximum impact or guiding buyers to see the hidden charm in a property. Alyssa is known for her attention to detail, creative marketing strategies, and dedication to helping clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys exploring her love of film photography and spending quality time with her two young daughters, often outdoors in the beautiful mountain community she calls home.
