Andy Lynch

Originally from Cape Elizabeth, Maine, Andy grew up immersed in the real estate industry. As the son of Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty’s founder, he is a second-generation real estate leader with a deep understanding of the industry and the Maine market. He joined the company in 2018 as Financial Controller, and was later promoted to Treasurer before becoming Chief Financial Officer in December 2022.

In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Andy is dedicated to upholding the company’s legacy of excellence while driving strategic growth, supporting the company's team of professional real estate agents and providing the highest level of service to buyers and sellers across Maine and Seacoast New Hampshire. He is a graduate of Anywhere Real Estate’s Ascend: The Executive Leadership Experience and is a licensed real estate broker and auctioneer in the state of Maine.

Andy earned a degree in finance and international business from Elon University in North Carolina before beginning his career at GE Capital where he completed its Financial Risk Management Leadership Program. He later joined the Portfolio Management team at GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), the former commercial aircraft finance and leasing division based in Stamford, CT.

Andy lives in Cumberland with his wife, Cori, and their dog, Millie. He enjoys golf, soccer, and snowboarding, as well as embracing Maine’s outdoor lifestyle.
