Mark Stranahan

Born in Ohio and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Mark moved to Los Angeles in 1986 to attend the University of Southern California and has lived here ever since. Mark grew up in the real estate world. His father developed real estate in Ohio and New Mexico and Mark absorbed many aspects of the business at a young age. He has lived in various parts of Los Angeles and has extensive knowledge of the area. Over the years, Mark has been involved in the investment world and has a thorough knowledge of finance, business and economics, especially the concept of value investing. While concentrating on the needs of his clients, Mark always tries to make sure they understand good value. But, ultimately, value is found in meeting the client's needs. Mark has invested in real estate for many years, both commercial and residential, and brings this knowledge to his real estate career. He has also been involved in the nonprofit world, having served on foundation boards for over 30 years. Mark loves to travel and has traveled throughout Europe. He particularly loves Italy and has been to all provinces and hundreds of towns. He is always surprised when someone tells him a town he's never heard of, but that is the joy of travel--exploring new places and returning to the ones you love.
