Ranee Jacobus

Ranee is a new face to the Desert Mountain Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty team, but she is no stranger to real estate. Since 2005, she has been involved in residential resale, new build, design, and staging. She has also purchased, renovated, furnished, and set up high-end resort rentals across the country. Her broad knowledge base of “all things real estate” makes her comfortable in any transaction and brings advantageous expertise to her clients. In addition to real estate licenses in Arizona and Minnesota, Ranee also holds an MBA. She had a successful career in finance, has held leadership positions on the boards of several non-profit organizations, and was an elected director and 5-year board chair of a public entity.

As a resident and member of Desert Mountain for the past 12 years, Ranee can’t speak highly enough of the community, its amenities, or its residents. There is something here for everyone, and that includes its diverse real estate offerings. Ranee has also researched and visited the many surrounding communities and amenities in the broader North Scottsdale area. Ranee and her husband Randy have four children, seven grandchildren (so far!), and a 14-year-old Weimaraner. They share a love of golf, hiking, and music. Our latest “bucket list” adventure was hiking the Rim to Rim at the Grand Canyon in early October – clearly one of the most beautiful pieces of real estate in the world! Ranee has served on Desert Mountain committees is active in the women’s interclub travel team and women’s 18-hole golf league. She and her husband are avid supporters of the Desert Mountain Desperados and other local non-profits.
