Lauren Laigle joins Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty, seamlessly integrating her vast real estate expertise with a precise, client-centered approach. Dedicated to professionalism, integrity, and fostering meaningful relationships, Lauren is committed to guiding clients through their real estate journey, ensuring a mentored and fulfilling experience at every turn. With a family legacy in Houston's architecture and property management, housing is in her blood.
Her immersion into the real estate realm began in 2015 when she earned her real estate license while studying Sociology at the University of Texas. Her previous background in escrow processes, new construction, online disclosures, and leasing has made for an experience driven education, creating a proficiency across many facets of the industry. With this extensive skill set, she navigates the complexities of real estate transactions, focusing on clarity with each client. Lauren takes the time to walk buyers and sellers through every detail, ensuring they feel confident and well-informed at every turn. She has reflected that her greatest level of personal fulfillment is achieved when she delivers what her clients really want.
Born and raised in the Briarmeadow/Galleria area, Lauren holds a deep connection to Houston as a 6th generation native Houstonian, and currently resides in Tanglewood. She is proud to showcase the city's thriving economy, restaurants, and strong sports franchises to welcome newcomers. Having attended St. Michael's school, her strong ties to Houston drive her commitment to positively contribute to its vibrant community.
Beyond real estate, Lauren's involvement extends to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, where she is active on the Breeders Greeters committee, as well as the Mutton Bustin committee. She values her Kappa Kappa Gamma connections, serves as a board member for Houston chapter Texas Exes, and is a member of St. Martin's Episcopal Church. She is also a member of the Houstonian Club, where she enjoys exercising with friends. Her alma mater, the University of Texas at Austin, remains close to her heart, especially her loyalty to UT football. Passionate about international travel and new experiences, she loves taking trips often. As an avid outdoors enthusiast, she enjoys hunting exotics, white tail, and game birds, as well as fishing. She regularly spends time visiting her family's home just outside of Round Top, Texas, where she assists in directing their property management company.
