Kate Hoffman

An Orlando native, Kate Hoffman is a top-producing real estate advisor who has dedicated nearly 15 years to assisting buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their property goals. Committed to providing her customers with exceptional service no matter the price point, Kate has been honored with numerous appreciation awards throughout her career.



Previously, Kate was a top-producing broker and REALTOR® working in the downtown Chicago luxury real estate market and neighboring suburbs. In addition to her varied residential experience, Kate has negotiated various commercial business projects.



Kate prides herself on being calm, cool, and collected while presenting herself with character, class, and charisma. Licensed in both Illinois and Chicago, Kate is thrilled to continue her real estate career back in her hometown as a sales associate with the Southeast Orlando office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty. She is a member of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association, Florida REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, and the Chicago Association of REALTORS®.



Kate attended the University of Central Florida and earned a Bachelor of Arts in business with an emphasis on marketing and management. Additionally, she is a past recipient of the Walt Disney World Dreamer and Doer award. Kate currently resides in Lake Mary and loves mixing luxury living with beach vibes. She enjoys spending time with her large extended family, listening to country music and attending live concerts, boat rides, and strolling the beach with her sidekicks, her fiancé and her dog, Shiloh. Kate's additional hobbies include decorating, photography, and cooking creatively (because who needs a recipe≠). She also supports various charitable foundations, such as the Avon Breast Cancer Crusade.
