Greg’s interest in real estate began as a passion for renovating pre-1925 homes, which led to the creation of Intown Design Group, a Decatur-based design-build firm that worked with homeowners, architects, designers, and other contractors. This background has proved invaluable in helping clients evaluate a home’s condition, value, and investment potential.
In addition to leading WigginsGroup for almost two decades, Greg’s experience includes serving as the managing broker of a 200-agent office and the launch coach at a consortium of four brokerages where he trained and resourced scores of new and experienced agents.
Greg spent most of his youth in East Cobb, where he was selected for the Governor’s Honors Program and received the Atlanta Journal Cup. His education includes the Terry College of Business at UGA, the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at GSU, Princeton Seminary, and the University of Detroit School of Law, where he was awarded for legal research, writing, and oral advocacy and interned for a federal judge.
Community service has always been a priority for Greg. Over the years, he’s worked with youth groups, coached baseball and football, and served on the board of several nonprofits, including a Detroit-based initiative that built homes for low-income buyers. He enjoys playing and coaching softball, singing in the Atlanta Gay Men’s Chorus, and sailing.
