My love of real estate started many years ago. As a young child, my grandmother, who had been recently widowed, needed to support herself. She moved from New Jersey to Florida in 1948 and bought a house on Osprey Avenue in Sarasota.That was the first of many she bought and sold to support herself. From 5 years old through high school, she allowed me to accompany her when she was looking at potential houses to buy. At the time, I didn’t realize the love of real estate she had instilled in me.

During my early adulthood, I worked as a paralegal, specializing in real estate. When a friend of mine told me I would be a great real estate agent, I thought he was crazy. But then ….. I kept thinking about it ….. and quit my job as a paralegal and began my real estate career. Now, 32 years later, I wonder why I didn’t start it earlier. I have sold over 1,000 homes and believe that most of those buyers and sellers were happy with their decision to allow me the honor of being their real estate agent.

My experience spans over 30 years of selling homes to first-time homebuyers, marketing historic homes, representing buyers in purchasing new construction, to selling luxury homes in exclusive neighborhoods. I have also been an expert witness in a real estate related law suits and worked with several trustees to sell homes.
