Eric Tsimberg

Eric Tsimberg is a determined sales associate in the South Tampa office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty. Graduating from West Chester University with a degree in sports medicine, Eric knowingly chose to pursue his real estate and his Sotheby's career in Philadelphia, where he was born and raised. Upon visiting the Tampa Bay area and becoming immediately enamored with all it offered, he decided to relocate and become an important member of the top-producing Paul DeSantis Group.



Now a resident of South Tampa, he is incredibly passionate about the area, and enjoys the day to day ability to see so many properties. Eric has a successful track record with investors seeking out various types of real estate investments. He also has an affinity to townhomes and understanding why they are an integral part of our local market. Ultimately, Eric has always had an interest in lakefront properties and enjoys understanding all of the details and attributes to the lakefront options in the Tampa Bay area.



Eric is fluent in Russian. His knowledge of media marketing and his travel experiences to more than 40 countries contribute to his excellence with both buyers and sellers. In addition to real estate, he enjoys hunting, hiking, design and practices mixed martial arts where he was a national combat sambo semi-finalist. All these attributes combine to provide unmatched efficiency and cultural competence that will ensure a customer's dream can become reality.
