Kathryn Gilbert harnesses her proven sales background, passion for the real estate industry and genuine enjoyment in working with people to help her clients navigate the North Atlanta market. Kathryn graduated from Florida State University and enjoyed a successful 10-year career in the competitive world of surgical device sales for several large Fortune 500 healthcare leaders before transitioning to real estate. This role provided her with a substantial business acumen that easily translates to her clients in real estate. Specifically, it afforded her the opportunity to gain experience navigating contracts and price negotiations. With a genuine authenticity, Kathryn builds trust and provides value by always keeping her client’s needs at the forefront of a complex and ever-changing real estate market.

Highly relationship-oriented with a sparkling sense of humor, Kathryn finds common ground easily with every client. A consummate connector of people with personal experience in building and renovation, she enjoys being a resource for home renovation and real estate needs. Known for her belief that homes are a sanctuary for building memories amongst friends and family, she is also acutely aware that your home is one of your largest investments and, therefore, should be a seamless experience and an exciting transition.

Kathryn currently resides in Milton with her husband and two children. She loves the area for its quality of life, family-oriented atmosphere and award-winning schools. Active in her community, she volunteers with Milton Friends of CHOA. When she’s not working with clients, Kathryn loves spending time with her family and friends, playing tennis, cheering her children on in sports and dining at delicious local restaurants.
