Being born and raised in New York City has given Madeline Franco-Sofield a distinct appreciation for the nuances of art, culture, and business. For the past 20 years, she has been part of the Central Florida community in different capacities. From working as a director in the nonprofit arena to educating adolescents for almost a decade in Marion County Public Schools, Maddy has chosen to live a life of service to the public. The parallels drawn between her previous careers and real estate are clear in her level of communication and ability to listen to her customers' needs.

As a seasoned real estate advisor, Maddy's desire to help others achieve their personal and financial dreams truly rings through the level of service and expertise she provides. Having experience in senior living communities, new construction, 1031 exchanges, and pre-owned neighborhoods throughout Central Florida for the past seven years has earned her top producer recognition for two consecutive years at her previous brokerage. Her knowledge gained through earning her Master of Business Administration has propelled Maddy and her husband through different business ventures throughout the years and has given her a personal perspective on investments and paying it forward in her community.

Maddy has had the honor of being president of Leadership Ocala/Marion Class XX and currently serves as the president-elect for the Women's Council of REALTORS® while keeping a pulse on the growth of her community as a member of the Ocala Metro Chamber & Economic Partnership. Maddy is also affiliated with the REALTORS® Political Action Committee as a major investor to continue to advocate for real estate professionals and their customers from city hall to the capitol.

Central Florida has been a perfect setting for Maddy and her husband, a retired lieutenant with Marion County Fire Rescue, to raise their two teenage boys for the past 15 years. Having firsthand knowledge of the needs of families and those relocating to the Central Florida area has been a key component of her success.

Outside of the workplace, Maddy enjoys reading literature, composing music with her husband, creating art, camping, watching classic movies, and traveling whenever she has the chance.
