Nate Alker

Nathan Alker was born and raised in Hollister Ranch before attending San Diego State University where he graduated with a degree in business administration with an emphasis in real estate financing. After a few years spent traveling and guiding surf expeditions in some of the most premier locations in the world, he came back to town where he began a teaching career. But his passion for the Ranch never faded and in 2013, as a broker, he joined Greg Alker in the formation of Hollister Ranch Coastal Properties.

Nate married his wife, Lindsay, on parcel 19 and now shares the Ranch with his three beautiful children. He says, “It truly has been a gift to experience the richness of the Ranch and all that it has to offer – from the mountains to the ocean – for all these years. It is something that I am passionate about sharing with my children.” Nate enjoys golfing and skateboarding, but his first love is surfing – a gift that the Ranch has provided since his youth.
