Koa Schumann

I was born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska and have lived in Northern Colorado for 31 years. I am very involved in the local community and enjoy helping others find their home here. I began my career with The Group in 2019 as a pod assistant. I eventually became a personal assistant in 2020 and a real estate agent in 2022. Prior to starting my real estate career, I worked as a paralegal, with a focus on estate planning and personal injury. My work in the legal field equipped me for my current work in real estate, as I have experience exercising problem solving skills, negotiation, people skills, empathy, critical thinking, honesty, and integrity. My decades of living in Northern Colorado means I am extremely familiar with the local market. I enjoy playing “matchmaker” with clients, listening to their unique stories and assessing how we can reach their individual goals. I live in Berthoud with my husband, Brad, our son, Kasyn, and our daughter, Bodhi. In my free time, I enjoy watching my kids play sports and staying active outdoors through hiking, running, paddleboarding, hunting and camping. I give back to the community by coaching youth athletics and volunteering with Be the Gift Foundation and Habitat for Humanity. I am also an ambassador for the Windsor Chamber of Commerce.
