Shanti Spicer

Born in India and raised in Italy – in a family with an American father and an Italian mother – Shanti has always lived in a multicultural context characterized by frequent stays abroad and contacts with people of different nationalities. Shanti graduated in Business Economics at the University of Pisa with full marks. After graduating, she moved to London to pursue a Master Degree in Management at Cass Business School. Subsequently, Shanti began her career in the sales team of a London-based technology startup, where she distinguished herself as Sales Leader and sales quota record holder. Managing her family properties, Shanti discovered a growing passion for Luxury Real Estate that led her to join the Italy Sotheby’s International Realty team in 2021.
