Jennifer Levy

Jenn is a Long Island native and has been currently living in the Dix Hills community with her husband Steve and three children for the last 17 years.
She has a graduate degree from Stony Brook University in education, and her years of experience as a teacher has given her the skills necessary to educate and inform both sellers and buyers alike. Additionally, Jenn has volunteered with the Half Hollow Hills PTA for many years which has developed her ability to negotiate and serve her community. These are both important attributes that have helped her transition into her dream career of helping others find their perfect home. Jenn says, “A home is so powerful. It is the place where we make true connections with the people we love.”
When discussing Long Island real estate, Jenn admires the Islands landscape, beautiful architecture, and charming suburbs. Jenn says, “The Island possess’ stunning beaches, gardens, castles, oceanfront living, vineyards, hiking, and access to New York City’s entertainment and culture. Every area offers its own uniqueness, there’s no better place to live!”
When it comes to professionalism, Jenn believes in a policy of transparency. She says, “I feel creating something of value has to start with integrity, which in turn creates a solid foundation to do great business together.”
During her spare time, Jenn can be found on a soccer field watching her kids compete, at Robert Moses playing beach volleyball, or hiking with friends, family, and goldendoodle Bailey, across many parts of the island.
