Dee Vick

A proud native of the Tar Heel State, Dee Vick was raised in Raleigh and spent his summers in the waterways of Wilmington where he learned to appreciate the outdoors. After graduating from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, Dee pursued his passion for college basketball, launching a coaching career that spanned more than two decades with stints at East Carolina University, University of South Carolina, College of Charleston, College of William & Mary, James Madison University and his alma mater, H-SC.

Prior to joining Landmark Sotheby’s International Realty, he also spent time in the craft beer industry, helping a start-up micro-brewhouse successfully open the Wilmington market. Whether you are buying or selling, Dee understands the importance of thorough market analysis, effective negotiations and attention to detail. Dee promises to build strong relationships through hard work, loyalty and trust. Dee’s goals are simple; he wants to exceed his clients’ expectations, and he hopes to create lifelong relationships. Dee and his wife, Krissy, have three children: a senior at the College of William & Mary, a sophomore at UNC Wilmington, and a high school senior. They moved to Wilmington to enjoy family and all that coastal living has to offer.
