Cheryl Michel

Named by ONE Sotheby’s as an Agent of Influence for both 2023 and 2024, and ranked #15 amongst all Central and North Florida offices, Cheryl is a highly seasoned Broker-Associate and a consistent multi-million dollar producer. Cheryl has been licensed since 2002 after spending nearly 20 years in real estate law and has completed over $250 million in sales.

She began her career in Vero Beach in 1979 as a legal assistant and then paralegal, doing real estate work and facilitating closings, working side-by-side with prominent Indian River County attorneys. Years spent working with Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising in the UK, and as a residential and commercial property manager back home in Vero have added a breadth of knowledge and expertise to her 23+ years as a Realtor. Cheryl has a deep understanding of markets and marketing, and of acquisitions and dispositions of residential, investment, and commercial properties. Complex transactions, contract knowledge and navigation, probate proceedings, 1031 exchanges, and investment analysis are all in her wheelhouse. Always looking out for her clients’ best interests, straight as an arrow, both kind and fierce, she is a true powerhouse.

Cheryl holds her Accredited Buyers Representative designation, Transnational Referral Certification, and is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute, an extensive and intensive credential. She also holds her Brokers license and revels in being a lifelong learner, with experience being the greatest teacher of all.

Outside of the real estate space, Cheryl is and avid figure skater, phenomenal chef, and equally passionate about serving the community that she loves. After serving on the Board of Treasure Coast Community Health for 7 years and being nominated for recognition to the Association of Fundraising Professionals, she joined forces with local like-minded businesswomen at Impact100, providing over $5,000,000 in annual grants to area non-profits.
