Originally from the Northeast, James started his career in construction while attending Penn State University, later transitioning into financial planning, where he built a strong foundation in market trends, investment strategy and wealth management. After the events of 2001, James made a life-changing decision to serve in the United States military. Across multiple deployments, he developed a strategic mindset, a deep sense of discipline and a lasting commitment to service — qualities he now brings to his real estate practice.

James first discovered Florida during a Permanent Change of Station (PCS) move and instantly felt at home. From the coastal charm of Longboat Key to the shopping and dining in St. Armands Circle and Hyde Park, he and his family embraced the lifestyle, blending leisure with opportunity. With his background in construction and finance, stepping into real estate was a natural next chapter.

Today, James proudly represents both buyers and sellers across Florida's Gulf Coast, offering a high level of service rooted in data, experience and care. Whether guiding a buyer through their first home purchase or helping a seller prepare a waterfront estate for the market, he is known for his clear communication, skilled negotiation and hands-on support. Beyond the world of real estate, James is a passionate hockey coach for a youth travel team, which includes his two sons. Off the ice, his family enjoys boating and exploring the beauty of Florida's Gulf waters — fully living the coastal lifestyle he loves helping others find.
