Andrea Seeney

Andrea is a nationally recognized global real estate advisor with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, where she ranked No. 7 company-wide in 2024 for sales volume. She has achieved more than $75 million in personal sales in her first four years of residential real estate. Andrea has been recognized in the top 5% of advisors by the Atlanta REALTORS® Association since her first year in real estate and is currently ranked in the top 1% nationally and No. 47 in Georgia by RealTrends Verified. She was also featured as the May 2024 “Agent on the Rise” by Greater Atlanta Real Producers magazine. In 2025, she obtained the Certified New Home Specialist designation.

Before real estate, Andrea practiced law for seven years in Atlanta with Troutman Sanders (now Troutman Pepper) and Peters & Monyak. She credits her legal career for her strong negotiation skills, honed while representing numerous Fortune 500 companies and executives in commercial business and product liability litigation.

Andrea’s extensive market knowledge stems from living and working in the greater Atlanta area since 2003. She has built a diverse network of trusted relationships across industries and in sought-after neighborhoods including Milton, Alpharetta, Canton, Cumming, Johns Creek, Roswell, Duluth, Marietta, Smyrna, Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Buckhead and Brookhaven. For buyers, this ensures her clients have unrivaled access to homes on and off the market. For sellers, this helps ensure the homes she lists show well, thanks to her reputation and professional experience with other agents.

Andrea and her husband, Erik, live in Milton with their two children, Ava and Logan. The family attends St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Alpharetta and are avid supporters of Milton’s award-winning public schools.

Beyond faith, family and business, Andrea is a trained opera singer and classical pianist. A native of New York, she earned bachelor’s degrees in music and political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1999. She performed with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Chorus for 10 years, including appearances at Carnegie Hall and the Berlin Philharmonic. She currently sings with The Michael O’Neal Singers in Roswell.
