Brian Etheridge

An accomplished real estate broker, developer, and business consultant, Brian Etheridge harnesses nearly 20 years of real estate experience as co-founder of the top-producing Etheridge Group. Known for his ethical approach and honest practices, he succeeds through the core tenets of listening, guiding, and delivering. This philosophy has elevated the Etheridge Group's business to an elite level across the luxury markets of Asheville, North Carolina, and Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

Distinctively service-oriented, Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in hospitality, tourism, and resort management, and business administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. As a golf professional at TPC Sawgrass and Amelia Island Plantation, he cultivated a unique understanding of lifestyle-driven resort markets early in his career. When Brian launched his Asheville-based real estate brokerage with his wife, Allyson, in 2008, their client-first mindset propelled them to the top of the market. The venture was so successful it was later acquired by one of the largest real estate firms in the Carolinas.

In 2019, Brian and Allyson expanded their focus to include Hilton Head Island and the surrounding area. Across these sought-after markets, the Etheridge Group has personally closed over 600 transactions with more than $450 million in closed sales volume, while leading teams who have closed more than 3,250 transactions and over $1 billion in closed sales volume.

Having moved over 20 times, Brian and Allyson have extensive experience in renovating and remodeling many of their personal homes. Brian remains a consummate professional with extensive experience cultivating and maintaining genuine relationships with clients, business leaders, and associates. Throughout his work in development, branding, marketing, consulting, and exclusive sales in local neighborhoods, he’s gained a well-versed and educated perspective of the real estate market.

Affiliated with both Premier Sotheby’s International Realty in North Carolina and Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty in the Lowcountry of South Carolina, Brian’s network is as vast as his experience. He is passionate about the coveted lifestyle available in both locations he serves, artfully connecting clients to what’s next. In his personal time, Brian enjoys fishing, boating, golfing, and traveling. He and Allyson have two sons and together they embrace the Lowcountry lifestyle.
