My real estate career started in 1987 when a friend leaving a VP position at a local Savings & Loan started a real estate firm specializing in foreclosed homes encouraged me to get a real license. At that time, my husband and I were running a construction firm specializing in renovating foreclosed homes for the S&L. The timing was perfect! I became a Realtor listing and selling foreclosed homes during the S&L crisis which allowed me to manage my work hours while raising our three children. By 1993 the market had changed, and I took on a full-time position in the short pay off and modification department with a California lender that had moved to San Antonio. Within a year, I knew I had to get back to real estate and out of the office. The following year I answered an ad from a top luxury home builder looking for an on-site sales counselor and got the job. The next 13 years were magic! I found my passion and became knowledgeable and competent in every aspect and detail of building resulting in record-breaking sales in the most prestigious neighborhoods in our city. I built long-lasting relationships with my homeowners and their realtors during the time it took to design and build a large custom luxury home and had the opportunity to work with many prominent families that includes a few past and present Spurs.
I have spent the past twelve years building a successful real estate business that exceeds $200 million in sales. Representing new and returning clients, referrals, luxury builders, working with both buyers and sellers, I am having the best year to date. My success comes from having a tremendous work ethic, staying current with technology, experience, professionalism, having a passion for helping people and always answering my phone!
