Jim Layne

Jim Layne is a REALTOR/Broker with Encore Sotheby’s International Realty. With an Associates degree in Science from Vincennes University and past military career and Law Enforcement experience, Jim brings a great amount of well-rounded experience to the table with working with others. His past Law Enforcement experience spanned over 25 years as a Law Enforcement officer.

Jim was born and raised in Eastern Kentucky but now resides in Syracuse, IN where he is a member of the Syracuse/Wawasee Chamber Board and Rotary Board. It is clear his passion for serving his community as well as those around him through his past career endeavors and current volunteer engagements.

As Jim is a father of four, he greatly enjoys spending his free time with his family. He enjoys traveling, the outdoors, motorcycling, and finding new adventures.
