Phyllis Caldwell

Phyllis – Energetic and PersonableBorn and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey, Phyllis earned a B.S. in Health and Physical Education from Kean University. Transitioning from a teaching career she became a paralegal and worked for leading real estate law firm, Allen Morris and Troisi on Park Avenue. For ten years Phyllis handled the firm's realty contracts, seeing them through from inception to closing. The scope of her responsibilities included the paper management of entire cooperative developments and required that she have meticulous work habits including efficiency, strict attention to detail and discretion.Phyllis lives between Rockville Center, with her husband Bob, where she raised her family and Cutchogue. While raising her family in Rockville Centre she was very involved in her children's activities and the community. Her love for the tranquility and serenity of the North Fork drew her out there in 2015 with the purchase of their second home in Cutchogue. Whether that be finding that quant summer cottage or stately appointed home, she is a good listener and loyal professional ready to list your home and/or show you a new one.
