I am a native life-long resident of Napa - live-work-play in Wine Country. I will happily be your real estate agent and your community tour guide as well. My main service territories are Napa, Solano and Sonoma counties, and my goal is to give my clients the best service possible. I was interested in buying and selling properties at a fairly young age, with my first real estate purchase being a multi-unit property at age twenty-three. I became a Real Estate Agent in 1998, then in 2004 a Broker Associate and I entered into a partnership to operate a boutique brokerage. The brokerage signed all exclusive agents for Christian Community Development Corporation Inc. which ran a HUD certified program which purchased homes in need of rehabilitation and then resold to first time homebuyers giving down payment assistance and closing cost credits. I have also done several of my own personal property fixer projects as well in my career, negotiating the purchase and sale and managing the rehabilitation.
