For over seven years, Dave has been a top-performing Global Real Estate Advisor and Broker Associate with Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty in Northern Nevada. Known for his integrity, negotiation expertise, and positive energy, he’s earned praise from clients and colleagues alike. Dave is also a Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), a relocation expert with CARTUS, and a recipient of Homesnap’s “Most Viewed Agent” award.

Before real estate, Dave was Northern Nevada’s favorite morning news anchor on Good Morning Reno (KOLO 8). His broadcast background helped him build lasting community connections and a strong command of social media and video marketing—tools he now uses to powerfully promote the homes he represents. His thoughtful marketing approach and connection to the 26,000+ agents in the Sotheby’s International Realty network consistently deliver strong results.

Dave met his wife, Sarah Johns, during their time at KOLO 8. She has returned to television and now works at KTVN, continuing her award-winning TV career. Together, they’re raising two awesome kids—Zac, now 8, who loves science and baseball, and Stella, 6, who’s all about dancing and fashion.

Originally from Kansas City, Dave still roots for the Chiefs and Royals—but rest assured, Northern Nevadans, he’s all-in on the Wolf Pack and Reno Aces, too.
