Carolyn Mchaney Waller is a seasoned Global Real Estate Advisor, Affiliate Broker, and Relocation Specialist with Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty and has over 25 years of experience in real estate and commercial insurance having worked with three major fortune 500 companies as a marketing expert. As President of the Nashville Black Chamber of Commerce, Carolyn has been a key advocate for economic development, education, and empowerment in the Greater Nashville area since 2009. Her dedication to community service extends to leadership roles with organizations such as Cheekwood Botanical Gardens, as an Advisory Board Member and Committee Leader with Habitat for Humanity supported by the Greater Nashville Realtor Association.

A graduate of Union University with a degree in Marketing and Business Management, Carolyn was also a standout scholarship athlete on the Championship Lady Bulldog basketball team, exemplifying teamwork and determination.

Carolyn is a proud wife and mother and has been married to Joel Waller for 37 years, raising two daughters, Lauren and Alexis, while staying active in their church and community. She is passionate about inspiring others through real estate and empowering the communities she serves.
