Sarah Pegler

Sarah Pegler, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), joined Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s in the fall of 2013. As part of Lex Tarumianz’s team for over ten years, Sarah has been involved in over $1 billion dollars of real estate sales transactions. Her experience in Aspen’s commercial and residential real estate markets includes a wide range of skilled expertise, from deal analysis and investment strategy to property negotiations and client advisory. Sarah’s CCIM designation establishes her as a member of the elite group of real estate professionals recognized as experts in commercial and real estate investment analysis. Sarah’s no-fuss drive and “get the job done” mentality pair well with her social outlook on life to deliver results no matter the task.

Sarah was born in Kansas City, then moved to Colorado and graduated from The University of Denver in 2006. She relocated to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2009 to enjoy all that mountain lifestyle has to offer. Sarah and her husband, Andrew, have three children and enjoy skiing, tennis, and seeing live music together.

As a graduate of Roaring Fork Leadership, Sarah has supported the local Girl Scouts Daisy Troop, PTO, and Aspen Education Foundation (AEF). They often travel to visit family in Sydney, Australia, and New Zealand. The many strong friendships Sarah has formed span the globe, and they look forward to raising their family in Aspen.
