Patrick Geiger

Born in Texas, I grew up an Air Force brat, moved around often and experienced living in many different places, but have enjoyed none as much as the Emerald Coast. After visiting my brother and his family here in 2004, I immediately fell in love with its beauty and the lifestyle and knew there was no other place for me.

I have worked in Real Estate for many years in both development sales and general Real Estate sales. Immediately prior to my move to Destin I worked as a Real Estate agent in Beaufort and Hilton Head, South Carolina where I graduated from the Institute of Real Estate. My experience working in that resort market eased my transition to the one here.

There are many details to consider when buying and selling property. I apply my knowledge of residential, resort and waterfront properties to address all of these details so that I may deliver an exceptional experience for my clients.

Not only do I enjoy guiding my clients through the transaction process, but carrying on my relationships with them well beyond closing. My goal is to have life-long clients who can turn to me not only when it is time for them, a friend or family member to buy or sell again, but when they simply need advice or an update on the Real Estate market.
