Jo-Ann Lamar

Jo-Ann Lamar brings her lifelong interests in real estate, architecture, design and the dynamics of the neighborhoods throughout the area to assist her clients in achieving their goals. She knows the community and its amenities with a depth that is impressive, having lived here since she moved to Florida as a teenager.

Jo-Ann has been involved with Lamar Design's extensive design award-winning re-model programs that enable her to help clients visualize a property's potential for dramatic improvement and has also been heavily involved in the building of new homes.

Through participating in her and her family's wide range of engagements with the community, she has many helpful contacts spanning the region. Jo-Ann's ongoing volunteer and charity work brings her even more regional knowledge to help her clients with their needs.

Jo-Ann is married to retired State Attorney, Lawson Lamar. Jo-Ann and Lawson have deep roots in the Winter Park and Greater Orlando area and have raised their children here. She has received her Company's Top Producer Award for three consecutive years and has received Orlando Regional REALTORS® Association's highest sales award, gold.
