Stacy Yates Kiernan

Stacy Yates Kiernan has been in the real estate business since 1992. Top 10 agent in the Ridgewood office in 2019-2024. She and her husband Pete are lifelong residents of Ridgewood and now reside in Ridgewood where they raised their three children Patrick, Darby and Jack. Patrick is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy (2014) in Annapolis MD where he played lacrosse. Darby is a graduate of the University of Colorado (2018) where she played lacrosse and Jack is a graduate of Siena College (2022) where he also played lacrosse.
Stacy attributes her success to repeat business from clients who are also her most enthusiastic sources of referrals. Stacy represents buyers and sellers in all aspects of residential real estate. She is a powerful communicator and an effective listener. Her casual style along with her sharp business skills are a welcome mix that her clients enjoy. Stacy has a Bachelor of Science degree from Jacksonville University (1985) in Management and Accounting, along with 8 years of banking experience as a Credit Analyst.
