Marion Bethea

Marion Bethea is a native Neapolitan and a strong proponent of the relaxed and refined quality of living this area provides. Growing up in Naples, and still to this day, she loves the opportunity to be outside, on the beach or the water, all year long. Her family fished from the shore, cooked buck of shrimp in the Gulf waters and enjoyed many family dinners along the beach. As an athlete, she swam as a member of the Royal Poinciana Golf Club swim team that competed throughout South Florida.

Her real estate career began in 1995, working with her mother, Ramona Quayle, who was one of the top advisors in the area for 35 years. She worked for The Lutgert Companies, which developed Park Shore and founded Premier Sotheby's International Realty. Conversations around the dinner table growing up included discussions of the next new beachfront building to be released and all the exciting people who were looking at the property. Her daughter, Whitney, who also grew up with “real estate talk,” now works with her.

Her success as one of the top advisors in Naples comes with the understanding that what matters is how she works with each person. She takes pride in her ability to listen effectively to each buyer and seller and realizes that each situation is unique and requires a creative approach.
