Fernando Gallegos

A native Californian, Fernando Gallegos has been practicing residential real estate in the South Bay for over 40 years. His main focuses are single family residences and multi residential apartments. Fernando has been an active landlord since 1976 and understands the complexities as well as the great benefits of property ownership. With his expansive knowledge and experience, he has been able to guide many clients to achieve their real estate goals.

Fernando's advice is often sought by a vast array of professionals including attorneys, doctors and realtors in the South Bay. Honesty, integrity, and expertise are the foundations of his professional philosophy. Fernando's primary concern has always been maintaining a fiduciary relationship with his clients.

Prior to his real estate career, Fernando served the public as a professional fire fighter. He currently lives in the Hollywood Riviera with his wife Neva of 51 years, a former Torrance school teacher. He enjoys reading, cycling, hiking and spending time with his family and friends.
