It was natural fit for Todd since he had always networked closely, personally and professionally, with REALTORS® and other professionals in industries related to home ownership including interior design, financing, construction and remodeling. His clients quickly valued his planning, negotiating and resource management skills learned from managing large scale projects for Wal-Mart for five years.
In 2005, Todd joined a global real estate investment business where he developed a specialty for representing both buyers and sellers of mid-century modern architectural homes, coastal properties, resort homes, luxury vacation rentals and country club community properties in Southern California. His command of this mid-to-high-end market adapted from a routine regiment of closely watching local and national real estate trends with daily previews of property, exhaustive online research and, of course, grassroot conversations with property owners and residents. In a market known for the country's most particular client, Todd earned his rank as producer.
In 2009, Todd returned to his native southern roots in Charlotte as it was always part of his “big picture” plan to come home and live again near family. In 2013, a company known for its high-quality agents and superb online and offline marketing programs, recruited Todd to represent clients in the burgeoning greater-Charlotte economy.
