Charlie Williams

On July 5, 2011, a then fresh out of college 23-year-old, Charlie Williams, passed his real estate exam and his career in the industry was born. Over the next 13 years, what began as showing Uptown rentals to anyone willing to go, Charlie is now one of the top-producing brokers at Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Charlotte office.

Charlie is a native of the Charlotte region, having grown up on Lake Wylie in Belmont, North Carolina. Over his years of experience in the business, he has successfully sold over 300 properties in North Carolina and South Carolina. He has expansive knowledge of Uptown and the surrounding neighborhoods from working with an urban-focused firm during the first four years of his career. Since joining Premier Sotheby's International Realty in 2015, Charlie has expanded his reach and knowledge to Concord, Belmont, Lake Norman, Chester and everywhere in between.

Charlie is actively involved in the community and is a dedicated member and leader of Business Leaders of Charlotte, which has donated over $700,000 to local charities since its inception.

In his leisure time, Charlie loves racing, golfing, water sports, traveling and spending time with his wonderful wife, Molly, his son, Gus, daughter Winnie and sheepdog Harry. Charlie and his family live in an 1890s folk Victorian home that was recently featured in Southern Living.
