Gregory Bega

With over 20 years as a professional real estate broker, consultant, real estate developer and investor, Greg has a straight-forward and honest approach to business and his personal life that has earned him the respect of his colleagues and competitors alike. Greg’s leadership skills come from his commitment to being the best in his field through his passion and knowledge of the real estate industry. This is a result of dedication and teamwork with industry professionals at all levels. Joining forces over a decade ago with Sotheby’s International Realty and its global network, Greg has brokered major commercial contracts in the hotel, restaurant and entertainment industries, as well as residential income properties and exclusive estates with a total asset valuation exceeding a half billion dollars. He brings a positive approach to every situation and above all else enjoys building long-term relationships with people.

Greg’s extensive real estate experience is a result of working with domestic and international residential home builders, commercial developers, financial institutions and city governments. When Vietnam was recently accepted into the World Trade Organization, Greg was instrumental in creating one of the first joint American Vietnamese real estate development companies, and in November, was invited to Saigon for a formal meeting with the President of Vietnam and his cabinet to discuss the future development of the country through their new consortium.

Greg is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s (USC) Marshall School of Business in Finance and also holds a diploma from the Business School’s renowned Entrepreneur Program. He is also a Semester at Sea alumnus, University of Colorado. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Greg is active in USC’s Alumni Association, is an avid tennis player and has twice won the California Ice Hockey Federation State Championships.
