Stephen Kane

A Greenwich resident since 2005, Steve Kane has spent 25 years working in financial services in various capacities. His experience working for large hedge funds in derivative operations including Long Term Capital Management and family offices in strategy and deal structuring, has given him the necessary tools to successfully navigate the real estate market with all the associated moving parts.

Steve has personally purchased and sold multiple investments properties in Greenwich over the last 12 years, opportunistically buying, adding value, and selling for significant profit.

Steve has an ability to recognize value in Greenwich real estate, paying close attention to market statistics, and is looking forward to sharing this knowledge with his clients.

Steve graduated from Fairfield University with a degree in Physics and lives in town with his wife and two daughters.
