Throughout his distinguished career, Joe has been involved in five of the seven largest waterfront sales in Greenwich. In 2023, he closed the $138.8 million sale of Copper Beech Farm—the highest residential sale in Connecticut's history and one of the highest in the nation. As of July 2025, he sold three additional waterfront properties: 6 Windrose Way for $16.175 million, 6 Tod's Driftway for $13 million, and 61 Byram Shore Road for $10.13 million. In October 2024, he represented the buyer in a $31.5 million Greenwich waterfront sale.
In 2023, Joe represented the sellers of Ziegler Farm in Darien, which closed for $57.5 million—then the third highest sale in the state—and represented the Rockefeller family in the sale of a 54-acre parcel in Greenwich for $18.35 million. In 2020, he represented the buyer of a waterfront estate that closed at $42 million, the highest sale in Greenwich that year. He also represented the sellers of two waterfront residences in Field Point Circle, one closing at $50 million in 2021 and the other at $39.5 million in 2011. Additionally, Joe represented both the buyer and seller in the $24 million sale of Old Mill Farm, a landmark Great Estate in Greenwich.
