Will Rigdon

With a strong foundation in government and business operations, Will Rigdon brings a thoughtful, solutions-driven approach to real estate. Before transitioning into the industry, Will served as Chief of Staff for a Massachusetts State Representative, where he developed a reputation for diligence, organization, and unmatched attention to detail. He currently serves as Director of Construction for a multi-disciplinary HVAC, electrical, and plumbing company—experience that further sharpens his project management skills and deepens his understanding of residential infrastructure. A lifelong Massachusetts resident, Will was raised in Norfolk and has a deep connection to the tri-town area of Norfolk, Wrentham, and Plainville. Today, he and his wife, Emily, live in Franklin, where they enjoy the balance of small-town charm and easy access to the city. Will takes pride in helping clients find that same “best of both worlds” lifestyle. Whether someone is upsizing, downsizing, or purchasing their first home, he believes success starts with listening—truly understanding a client’s goals and working tirelessly to bring them to life. Will holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Law from Boston University. He has played an active role in his community, previously serving as Chair of the Norfolk Recreation Commission, a member of the Community Preservation Committee, and the longtime coordinator of the youth umpiring program in Norfolk and Plainville. Will runs a home rental business in Bluffton, South Carolina, and is an avid New England Patriots fan—proudly holding season tickets and savoring every moment of football season.
