New York City natives, Patricia and Ryan Lewis, bring that high energy, no-nonsense and hard-working profile to their real estate business. Working together as a successful Mother/Daughter real estate team for more than 20 years, their business continues to expand and covers Broward and Palm Beach counties.



Patricia began her real estate career in 1987 when her daughter, Ryan, was just 9 yrs. old. Therefore, having grown up with expansive real estate exposure, it was a natural progression for Ryan to join her mother and bring a youthful dimension and viewpoint to the team.



Known for their marketing strategies, skillful negotiations, problem-solving abilities and work ethic, they are well respected by, not only their clients, but also by their peers. Most importantly, they place their client’s needs and objectives at the forefront of every transaction which has translated into over $500 million in sales during their real estate careers.

Patricia and Ryan enjoy an ardent early morning fitness schedule which enhances their ability to focus on the demands of real estate. They are both animal enthusiasts with dogs, cats and horses of their own. Patricia is a classically trained ballet dancer studying at the American School of Ballet in New York City. Ryan is an accomplished equestrian in several disciplines having shown horses throughout the United States.



The Lewis Team includes Spanish speaking Isabel Perez Duran, originally from Caracas, Venezuela. She is creative by nature, with a background in Business Administration and Marketing from Lynn University, Boca Raton, FL. Isabel is a mother of two and is dedicated to her family. She enjoys helping others with children to find their perfect home. She combines her love for real estate with her passion for assisting her valued clients.
