Born and raised in Lakewood, Cat attended Woodrow Wilson High School before earning her degree in Elementary Education from The University of Texas at Austin, where she was also a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority. Her passion for Dallas neighborhoods began early, learning firsthand from her uncle, Ralph Randall, a well-known and respected name in local real estate.

Before transitioning to real estate, Cat honed her communication and relationship-building skills as a classroom teacher. Her deep-rooted ties to the community extend across neighborhoods—from being a swim instructor at Lakewood Country Club to teaching at White Rock Elementary, and now living in Lower Greenville, exploring local trails with her dog, and sharing her love for fitness as a Pilates instructor.
