Russell Post has been a central figure in the Ocean Reef community since arriving in 1973. His legacy includes serving as President of the Ocean Reef Club Association and as President and Director of Ocean Reef Club from 1980 to 1992. In 1993, he founded Russell Post Properties, which quickly rose to become the Club’s leading real estate brokerage. In 2007, he aligned his firm with Sotheby’s International Realty, marrying local expertise with global reach. A Vietnam veteran and graduate of the University of Evansville, Indiana, Russ is also a proud supporter of numerous community causes including the Medical Center, Ocean Reef Community Foundation, Cultural Center, and the Academy at Ocean Reef, where he currently serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees. When not working, Russ enjoys boating, golf, and spending time with his three children.

Molly Taylor began her Ocean Reef journey in 2006, arriving with her husband as a seasoned captain and first mate team aboard luxury private yachts. Their deep-rooted understanding of service, discretion and hospitality at the highest level naturally transitioned into real estate when Molly joined the profession in 2013. With a sharp eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to polished execution, she quickly became a standout presence in the Ocean Reef real estate market. Molly’s alignment with the Sotheby’s International Realty brand – where quality, professionalism, and trust are fundamental – has been evident in every aspect of her work. In addition to her brokerage success, Molly played a key leadership role in the launch and complete sellout of two major new developments at Ocean Reef; 121 Marina and the Residence Club. As the lead for sales and developer support, she brought these projects from vision to reality with seamless execution. Molly and Russ have since been honored as one of Sotheby’s International Realty’s Top 100 Real Estate Advisors nationally for the past three years, a reflection of their consistent excellence and dedication to the Ocean Reef community.

Together, Russ and Molly formed the Post / Taylor Group with a shared vision: to continue providing Ocean Reef members with exceptional representation, deep local knowledge, and the highest standard of care.
