Carly Jones

Broker associate Carly Jones began her career in real estate as an administrative assistant, learning all the facets of completing a successful sale. She quickly earned her license and learned to hone in on what really matters to her clients. With more than 12 years of industry experience, Carly has had the opportunity to build relationships with both her clients and related professionals, including lenders, contractors, and other real estate professionals, that extend long after closing.



The daughter of an architect and interior designer, Carly spent many hours as a child looking at plans and roaming through job sites and open houses. In her own career as a real estate broker, she has developed a knack for how to best market a property and listen to her buyers' desires to find the best match. With a deep insight into the entire real estate process, Carly utilizes her expertise and knowledge to be a trusted guide for her clients. A member of the Land of the Sky Association of REALTORS®, Carly aims to enhance her clients' lives in the mountains of Western North Carolina or wherever their next adventure takes them.



Raised in Alpharetta, Georgia, Carly moved to the mountains to attend Appalachian State University and immediately knew she'd live here forever. Carly loves living, working, and adventuring in the Blue Ridge Mountains with her husband, two children, and the family's German Shepherd every chance she gets. Carly enjoys spending time outdoors, especially mountain biking throughout beautiful Asheville, and dining at one of the area's delicious restaurants. She is an active part of the local community as a Girl Scout leader and a volunteer for Blue Ridge Dirt Skrrts, a nonprofit organization aimed at offering an inclusive environment for women who enjoy mountain biking.
