Patricio Guzmán

Patricio Guzmán was born in Mexico City and has lived in Costa Rica, France, and Spain. His native languages are French and Spanish, and he is fluent in English as well.

He holds studies in Architecture and a degree in Business Administration and Management. Since 2017, he has been a real estate agent in Ibiza, joining the Sotheby's International Realty team in 2021. Throughout his career, he has specialized in luxury properties, renowned for his dedication and client-focused approach. One of his notable achievements includes the sale of a frontline villa in Es Cubells valued at over 10 million euros.
