Beverly Crudele

Being in the real estate industry for over 20 years, Bev’s passion for real estate has grown from property management to corporate land development and sales, escrow and title to commercial specialty leasing. Through her experience in the real estate industry for over 20 years, she learned that her ultimate satisfaction is to share with the people who love Hawaii the pleasure of living in beautiful Hawaii and the happiness of finding their home of their dream!
Her introduction to real estate began in 1993 working for Realty Investment Company, Ltd., then moved on to assist in the opening of the C. Brewer and Company, Limited Headquarters at the Wainaku Executive Center. Situated in the Land Division of C. Brewer and Company, Limited for nearly 10 years until its liquidation, her interest in real estate continued through escrow and title and journeyed to commercial business development and marketing at General Growth Properties (currently known as Brookfield Properties).
Born and raised in Hawaii with roots from the Hamakua coast, Hilo, and upper Puna, Bev has been truly blessed with two precious sons, a beautiful daughter-in-law, two cherished grandsons, her fur-baby Nalu, as well as family and friends throughout Hawaii. In addition to real estate, she also coordinates events and promotions for various organizations and enjoys her hobbies of hula and golf. As a Hawaii native, Bev has experienced the vast changes on Hawaii Island which enhances her understanding for Hawaii living.
