Bonnie Majher

Bonnie began her real estate career in 2002 and, in her first year, quickly became a member of the prestigious Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producers. Year after year, Bonnie has been recognized as a top producing agent company-wide at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty and has placed in the top five percent of agents in the Atlanta Board of REALTORS®. She credits her former position as a VIP Manager in the airline industry for her stellar customer service skills that she applies every day in her real estate career.

Her communication follow up and attention to detail, not only with her client's needs but also with the complexity of the Georgia Real Estate Contract, is unsurpassed. She is extremely experienced in working with builders, developers and clients on new construction and land acquisition, especially in the Alpharetta and Buckhead/Chastain areas. She also enjoys the challenges of finding or selling the perfect home in the Metro Atlanta area and beyond, including Alpharetta, Milton, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Johns Creek, East Cobb and Blue Ridge.

Bonnie and her husband, Dave, reside in Alpharetta, where they raised their three children.
