Elena Bluntzer is a distinguished real estate professional based in both Miami and Fisher Island, Florida, with over 38 years of experience specializing in the listings and sales of premier waterfront properties. Her focus spans South Florida’s most exclusive markets, including Fisher Island, Miami, Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, Pinecrest, Coconut Grove, Brickell and Coral Gables, where she has consistently represented Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) with discretion, integrity, and unmatched market knowledge.

Before joining ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Elena was the founder and president of The Bluntzer Group, a boutique brokerage firm she led for 19 years. Under her leadership, the firm achieved over $1 billion in sales, including multiple record-breaking transactions on Fisher Island and in Gables Estates, Coral Gables.

Since joining ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Elena has been a top producer every year, and was honored as the #1 Woman Top Producer in the company—an achievement that speaks to her dedication, market acumen, and exceptional service to a discerning global clientele.

Her expertise also extends into real estate development. She served as a consultant to Blue Jay Capital, one of the premier residential and commercial developers in Key Biscayne, and was involved in a boutique waterfront condominium project in Ocean Reef, Key Largo.

Elena is a respected member of the Master Brokers Forum, co-founder of the Condo Experts Group, and served three years as Chair of the Grievance Committee for the Miami Board of Realtors. She holds the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and is widely known for her negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex, high-value transactions with precision and discretion.

Elena is fluent in English, Spanish, and French, with a working knowledge of Portuguese and Italian—adding global reach and cultural understanding to her client relationships.

She is also deeply committed to philanthropic causes and is actively involved with Casa Familia, Inc., a nonprofit organization that develops safe, affordable, and sustainable housing for adults with intellectual, developmental, and other related disabilities. Elena’s involvement is deeply personal, inspired by her brother who lives with disabilities—a cause she holds close to her heart.
