Troy Gillenwater

Troy is a Principal in The O'Keefe Group and has been a licensed real estate agent in Arizona since 1980. Troy's 29-year real estate experience includes planning and zoning, municipal annexations, community facility districts, Natural Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, real estate securities, municipal development agreements, special use permits, subdivision plats, and subdivision sales. He has participated as a principal in various real estate ventures throughout Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico. Troy has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of Utah.
